Revenge Attack: Two Killed In A Revenge Attack In Juba PoC







Mr. Lam Kumbang the Chairperson of Juba PoC said that two people were killed in a two days inter-communal violence. 

He said the conflict started with two young men at the civilians protection site in Juba which lasted for two days. 

The deceased were identified by Mr. Jok and he named them: Machar Duer Machieng and Madiet Youai Gatkuoth who were both at 20 years. 

He further said that the situation is now calm security wise after the intervention of the police. 

Here is what he told to the media earlier on today: “Two days ago, fighting erupted at the PoC here between two groups [Guit and Rubkona], and it lead to the stabbing of one of the young men in his stomach and he was taken to hospital for surgical operations,“On the second day, the family of the person who was stabbed also attacked the other group, and the two groups fought again,

And this led to the death of two people, one from each side”, Jok said
