Nineteen '19' year old woman committed suicide in Lakes State, Rumbek East County

  The local police of Lakes State confirmed that a 19 year old woman committed suicide in the County of Rumbek East in the village of Meen-Wal and the police withheld the deceased name for unknown reason.  This is not the first time for the young girls to commit suicide in the State, the first case was reported to the authorities  two days ago after a young girl committed suicide in Wulu County.  While speaking to the Media, Police Spokesperson Maj. Elijah Mabor Makwach said that, the police are conducting thorough investigation on why there is a rampant rise of suicide amongst girls in Lakes State.  “We have recorded several cases of suicide with the most recent being a 19-year-old girl who committed a suicide in Meen-wal village in Rumbek East County and the investigation is still ongoing to identify the cause of the suicide because the cases are rising. Arsenal Fans in Kenya Hold National Day Of Prayer

 


Today being Jan 8, 2023 devoted Arsenal Football Club In Kenya held their Annual day of prayers across the country. 

The day is dedicated for two purposes only: 1. Praying for the success of Arsenal Football Club.

2. Participating in Charitable events and thanksgiving in Churches.

 For example in Lodwar Turkana County Arsenal Football Club attended Deliverance Church where they donated 100 plastic chairs for Sunday school children.

In the year 2010 all Arsenal Football Club fans launch the Arsenal Kenya Supporters club. 

The group conducts charity work, holds tournaments, and manages various development projects within the society. According to the official club website, the group had over 300 registered members in 2017.

On Monday, Arsenal will take on Oxford United in the FA Cup, and later on Sunday, they will play their North London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur.
