It often feels like a theater where rumors, propaganda, and misinformation are produced, consumed, and then sometimes turned into law.  What starts as whispers on the street often becomes policy, leaving citizens questioning how such decisions come to pass. Articles 54 and 55 of the National Security Service (NSS) Act are the latest chapters in this unsettling narrative.  These provisions, which give the NSS sweeping powers to arrest, detain, monitor communications, and conduct searches without

SICKLY STATE --- DILEMMAS OF SORCERY GUIDED DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH SUDAN --- How Fortune Tellers Conjure President Kiir into Scamming the Nation Using Sham Development Projects!? Here is a Snippet of a Tawdry Scandal That Has Pushed South Sudan into a namby-pamby State – a secular state where the president goes to church in the day and interacts with witches in the night!

If you are consistent with my recent articles, I have revealed in one of my writings how president Kiir’s led government has largely invested in black art such as necromancy, witchcraft, sorcery and all forms of evil appeasements to manipulate the nation, deal with his perceived political nemeses as well as cementing and stabilizing his nearly 2-decade dwindling reign in an impoverished young Republic of South Sudan.

President Kiir and his coterie used necromancy to make and drive government decisions – some turned out detrimental to the people of South Sudan.

An insider who asked not to be mentioned, revealed to this publication a conversation between H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit and his henchmen from a special but highly concealed department known as the Presidential Sorcerers Unit (PSU) in J1. The discussion was centered on a worrying political scenario; an impending overthrow of President Kiir as foreseen and brought to the attention of some state-paid wizards by one most feared warlock, imported from the village.

The mage told president Kiir that the negative forces that would overthrow him shall come from the Bahr El Ghazal, Jonglei and some areas of Eastern Equatoria.

Presidential road trips from Juba to these magically spotted hotspots would be planned based on the spiritual advice from the thaumaturge. The necromancer said, the only way that premonition could be averted was to perform some rituals on the President while moving on these major highways for the ritual to be effective!

You must have wondered why the President had to move on bad and insecure roads from Juba to towns in Bhar-EL-Ghazal but could not go to Malakal and Bentiu but to Bor in Jonglei and Pageri in Eastern Equatoria.

The witches’ unit at J1 was advised to pass the message to the president and the plan was hatched there and then.

As if to suggest that a brilliant idea of “oil for infrastructure development” from the then Minister of Presidential Affairs, Mayik Ayii Deng and some other nationalists at the presidency has landed on a magic wand - the long road trip would under the pretext of inspecting roads networks nationwide would later lead to the disappearance of country’s billions of U.S dollars in shady and shoddy construction projects which has now hit the snag.

Now came the issue of what would be told to the people as the reason why President Kiir was going on road to Bhar-EL-Ghazal at that time. The thinkers to President Kiir attached their plan to the idea of launching construction of Juba – Bhar EL Ghazal, Juba – Upper Nile Highways construction. In order to wet people’s appetite and superimpose a character of a progressive leader on Salva Kiir, a rare ingredient in his leadership menu, a press conference was urgently organized to peddle and market president Kiir’s new development agenda, the grand visit to Bhar-EL-Ghazal region for assessment of road infrastructure as well as informing people of the forthcoming development.

Few weeks later, the advanced team had travelled to towns in Bhar-EL-Ghazal and stationed themselves as usual.

The African black Magic team would soon be dispatched with dogs, cats and all types of animals they were told by the warlock to sacrifice at night when villagers were asleep.

The team would slaughter and shed bloods of these animals on the road as sacrifice today and the president would follow the following day. These rituals were designed to tempered with reasoning abilities of the people of Bahr El Ghazal - a sacrifice similar to the one which were organized and carried out by and under the former Congolese despotic leader, Mobutu Sese Seko.

The sorcery guided procedure went on from Terekeka up to Raja, Aweil, Twic and every other place they were spiritually directed to visit in the region.

After that, the President came back to Juba, before the same trip was organized for a similar purpose to Bor and Eastern Equatoria. He was equally told that the forces to oust him were to come from Jonglei and Eastern Equatoria.

President Kiir later embarked on another road trip to Bor town with his team of magicians performing similar diabolical concoctions a night before presidential entourage arrived in the morning.

He went on the same trip to Eastern Equatoria in the name of going to cover and upgrade the grave of his late elder wife, Madam Achol, who died during the liberation struggle and was buried in Pageri.

Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit was not at ease with himself, especially after some of his comrades and towering liberation icons like General Awet Akot and Gen. Kuol Manyang started echoing people’s voices on the loss of liberation vision and country’s bearing.

The two highly revered and decorated army generals Awet Akot and Kuol Manyang spoke against Salva Kiir’s desire to stay in power for long without delivering services, pointing angry fingers at one adopted fat former NCP son, Tut-kew now presidential advisor on security, who they accused of having hijacked and infiltrated the liberation party.

You have known from today why the road to Bhar-EL-Ghazal region is not moving. It has never been in the government plan to construct it.

It was used as a tool to scam people to believe the government of Salva Kiir Mayardit was ready and willing to develop the country and takes service to the people.

However, it was a dirty ritual trip designed to turn away any attempt to oust him out of office and prolonged his stay in power while doing nothing.

You will say, he didn't travel to Upper Nile due to insecurities there, but if that was the case, why did he not go to Yambio and other peaceful towns in Equatoria region? The road to Bhar-EL-Ghazal will never be constructed under President Kiir.

All you see being said or done are mere games to mislead the public as he buys time to continue his rule forever.
