Paramount Chief tortured to coma in Lakes State at Yirol (Baburzeed) Detention site:

Maburzeed is an Arabic word which literally means "oil factory" established in 1960s by Late Majok Kuong the then district commissioner of Yirol in the current Lakes State. As the results of the Liberation war struggle that took off since 18th August, 1955, the entity was closed down by Arabs who took control of Yirol and other areas of Greator Bar el Ghazal including Rumbek the state capital now.
Upon Liberation by SPLA in 1997 the town was demolished as the result of heavy scorched earth tactics use by Arabs and the fierce battle leveled on Arabs by the SPLA soldiers who were in big numbers the sons and daughters of Yirol as indicated by Historian who wrote about the then SPLA spliting. They stated that "Dr. John Garang and his veterans were later on sabotage with in SPLA ranks and files in 1991 thus made most SPLA soldiers retreat to liberate their native local home towns as the step to rescue the detorariating live of the marginalised population. ( Rumbek, Yirol, Thiet, and Gogrial) among others were targeted for Liberation from Kartuom base militants".
To cut this long History short, the idea to have established the oil factor was embraced by the citizens of greater Yirol then until the entity got distracted as detailed above. However upon arrival of the SPLA in the town of Yirol, Baburzeed was turned as the detention site for the prisoners of war and later on as the resident of the patient affected by leprosy from 1998 - 2002 when these patients were transferred to Wunliet ( cattle camp) eastward few kms away from town along the highway to shambe the national park base in Lakes State, the entity remains vacant and no good idea was in place since the only man (Late Majok Kuong), died with his lucrative ideas and the place was turned back as detention facility breed by inhumane acts that are well covered by few untrained military officers whom their agenda is to threat and loot the civil community for over two and half decades now.
Many atrocities happened in Baburzeed, including the shooting of innocent civilians who escaped from this illegal detention site for they were not taken to police nor they be produced before court instead they planned to die on run which exactly happened as they were fired leaving most of them dead and others captured wounded. Among some brutal incidents was the murder of (Pokic Madit) the son of Paramount Chief Madit Maker of Rorkech community of Far west in 2015 and the torturing of Sultan Majok Dhariau in 2021 not to mention many other incidents that relates to looting and inhumane assaults ever witnessed at Baburzeed Dention area.
On 29th Jan, 2023 exactly at 3:00 PM as indicated by the eye witness, the Dention entity started its new year activities with humiliation through beating and extensive military torturing of the reknown Paramount Chief Madut Buoi of Yirol East County of Lakes State. He (Madut Boui( is among some few long serving Paramount chief in Yirol, to mentioned some are ( Bahon Mabor Deng, Reechdit Anyieth, Garang Amanyang Jok, Jueljok Aruoppiny and Kon Mayor Nyijong and late Madit Maker) as he was called for some clarification in Baburzeed, chief Madut felt on ambush upon his arrival at the open compound that defines Baburzeed Dention zone which looks strange with no developmental idea place rather looting that one can even discover on the eyes of brutal military personnel installed to dip hand hands to the pockets of civilians through all means possible.
Though he read their eyes and found out what will happen in the near few minutes, Madut in his usual way of humbled approach was surprised by a hot slap that fallen on all corners of his human set up while he was greeting and enquiring the reasons behind his urgent invitation to this most feared territory.
He was dragged and thrown down badly beaten up using guns buds and all sharp weapons meant for torturing civilians as a major plan that this entity is best known for.
Above all the Chief was taken to unknown location good for torturing without interference of senior state officials until he was brought later on in coma where he is now nursing serious injuries in silence while unconscious on bed in Yirol Hospital since from that hour he locked horns with looters of Baburzeed well fed with foods, goats, money and cows looted two decades back until today.
What confuses me most is why some cases that should have been handled in Yirol East are push to Yirol west and then later cause such mischief. Even those soldiers of Wundut and Makuei Achieny do captured people even in the territory that defines yirol East. I dont know if Yirol East security forces does the same. Let's the two commissioner first resolved this so that severienity is availed.
At the political level, Lakes State was ranked on top of most unsecured states of South Sudan for over fifteen years until His Excellency President Kiir made his mind to have appointed Hon. Run Tueny Mabor as governor of Lakes State on 26th June, 2021. As the governor was preparing to start his duties as Normal, he first rushed to Freedom Hall for consultative meetings in which Chief Madut Boui was an active participant of enacting the laws and guidelines that will help reduce the rampant crime rates that has engulfed the state (Lakes) and beyond.
His humiliation to an extent of almost death point was/is the total indication that the government of Lakes has to watchout otherwise the inter - communal conflict has ended but the brutality and existence of such unauthorised illegal entities will pull back the peaceful State to its previous known tribal clashes. Chiefs are the pride of jieng and south sudan as a whole and they should be given equal respect not to disrespect and honour some among them.
We the intellectual community of Lakes in Juba has condemned such acts in strongest term possible not only in this case of Madut Buoi but also for the State to develop rule of law with total respect to it civil population. We called for immediate disbanded of Baburzeed and removal of all untrained personnel from the security unit in Lakes so that the peace that prevails in the State is a joyable peace rather than becoming a source of depression to both local and intellectual communities of Lakes in Juba and abroad.
Baburzeed Dention facility has to be taken back as Oil Factory or be turn into an organised institution that bear Police or Prison unit for that matter.
Finally I called upon human rights organisations to put close supervision to such a brutality detention sites meant for civil population harassment.
