Nineteen '19' year old woman committed suicide in Lakes State, Rumbek East County

  The local police of Lakes State confirmed that a 19 year old woman committed suicide in the County of Rumbek East in the village of Meen-Wal and the police withheld the deceased name for unknown reason.  This is not the first time for the young girls to commit suicide in the State, the first case was reported to the authorities  two days ago after a young girl committed suicide in Wulu County.  While speaking to the Media, Police Spokesperson Maj. Elijah Mabor Makwach said that, the police are conducting thorough investigation on why there is a rampant rise of suicide amongst girls in Lakes State.  “We have recorded several cases of suicide with the most recent being a 19-year-old girl who committed a suicide in Meen-wal village in Rumbek East County and the investigation is still ongoing to identify the cause of the suicide because the cases are rising.   The legendary Lost boy Goal Keeper Anthony Makuach is Alive and safe and was traced and found by the legendary Ajak Deng Chiengou who by then were known as the Jesh Amer or the Lost Boys.  according to Ajak Deng Chiengou makuach left his brothers the Lost boys in the year 93/94 in Kakuma Refugee Camp and was never heard from ever again untill the recent events of his location.  This is the story of how Anthony Makuach was found: Abraham Ngor Achiek is a humanitarian worker in Ruweng or Jamjang, but his conversation with his co-worker Benson Mwasi let to the discovery of Anthony Makuach Makuach. Benson is a Kenyan who rescued Anthony more than 20 years ago but never shared the story with anyone until now with Ngor Achiek. SPLA-IO Forces Accused Of Harrasing Civilians In Morobo County Central Equatoria State

South Sudan Government Approves Another 30 Million Dollars To Combat Ebola

The Cabinet agreed to approve 30$ Million dollars to control and monitor Ebola Virus from entering South Sudan.  The approval came after the council of ministers approved $500'000 last week as emergency fund to help combat Ebola Virus.  South Sudan Information Minister Hon. Michael Malueth said the funds are to be used to check and control anybody entering South Sudan.  Also read:  "The protective plan was approved so that laboratories are set up along the borders. Anybody who comes is subjected to testing and investigation and after they are left to go. If anybody is suspected then they are subjected to the necessary attention. Prophet Abraham Chol accused of Conspiracy to Topple South Sudan Government

Prophet Abraham Chol was indicted today on Wednesday on grounds of trying to topple South Sudan Government. The controversial prophet was also accused of forming armed groups and instigating conspiracy. Said the general persecutor.  The controversial prophet and his 4 co-conspirators appeared in the court for the second time. The other four are name: James Lal, David Chan, Samuel Mayan and Daniel Malith.   He was indicted under section66, 74, 7, 76, 201 and 202 of the Penal Code Act 2008. In his statement the general prosecutor said that "they are Subverting Constitutional Government, Causing Disaffection among Police Force or Defence Forces, Publishing or Communicating False Statements Prejudicial to Southern Sudan, and Undermining Authority of or Insulting President."

South Sudan Minister Of Health Briefs President Salva Kiir On Ebola Outbreak

South Sudan President His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Monday was briefed by the Minister of Health, Hon. Yolanda Awel Deng on the Country’s preparedness and response plans to curb the Ebola Virus outbreak in the Country.  The Health Minister confirmed that South Sudan is free from the Ebola Outbreak buy has received suspected cases at the boarder and the victims are under quarantine at the boarder.  The Minister assured the public that her department is well equipped in case of an outbreak "We got only suspected cases in the isolation centers at the border and most of those cases are in stable condition. South Sudan Basketball Officials Sue Luol Deng For Defamation.  The two official which are named: Marier Anyuay who was the secretary general a Deng Biar who was the finance secretary filed a case against the president of South Sudan Basketball Federation Luol Deng for wrongfully accussing them of forging documents and embezzling funds.  In their defense they say the accusations which they termed as false have affected their financial and social st atuses. In a press conference in August, Luol was asked a question by a journalist regarding the two suspended officials, to which he responded that charges against them were serious and he would rather resign than to reinstate them and work with them again. Luol also accused the officials of forging the federation’s documents to solicit funds without his knowledge.
