President Kiir, today vow to make changes in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation in a bid to fulfill it's mandate. 


President Kiir gave his speech while over-seeing the swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Hon. Ramadan Goc. 


Deputy Chief Justice Dr. Gatwech Lul administered the oath. 


On his part, Foreign Minister Dr. James Pitia Morgan assured the President of their readiness to effect reforms in the Ministry so as to clean the country's image both within and outside.


Deputy Minister Ramadan Goc said they will work in tandem to build strong relations between South Sudan and other countries.


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for implementation and management of South Sudan's foreign policy and works for a secure and fair world.
