The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has resolved to send a delegation consisting of President Ruto from Kenya, President Kiir from South Sudan, and President Guelleh from Djibouti to Sudan. Their mission is to reconcile conflicting groups and restore stability in the country.
