The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has resolved to send a delegation consisting of President Ruto from Kenya, President Kiir from South Sudan, and President Guelleh from Djibouti to Sudan. Their mission is to reconcile conflicting groups and restore stability in the country.


The decision to send the delegation was made by IGAD, a regional organization consisting of eight countries in East Africa. The delegation comprises three presidents who will work together to address the crisis in Sudan.
