‎Central Equatoria State Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony Mujung has made sweeping changes in the Juba City Council leadership, dismissing Mayor Johnson Swaka and his two deputies, Thiik Thiik and Juma Moses Michael. ‎ ‎In a gubernatorial decree issued on Friday, Christopher Sarafino Wani Swaka was appointed as the new Mayor of Juba City, taking over from the outgoing Swaka. ‎ ‎The new leadership team includes Jenifer Yabu Lasuba as Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance, Lual Joseph Deng as Deputy Mayor for Social Services, and Stephen Lomude Martin as Deputy Mayor for Environment and Waste Management. ‎ ‎Governor Mujung said the changes are aimed at enhancing service delivery, strengthening city management, and improving coordination between the state government and the city council. ‎ ‎The reshuffle marks one of the most significant administrative shake-ups in Juba’s recent history, as the new team is expected to tackle persistent challenges such as waste management, urban planni...

Wele hitmaker Silver X has returned back to JUba after long stay with his wife in Australia. 


The artiste together with his wife have surprisingly landed today at Juba International Airport without the public’s notice. For whatever reason, he’s back to Juba and we wish him with his wife a safe stay.


Silver X has won many East African awards in Nairobi, Kenya as well as South Sudanese awards in Juba.


Okuta Ceaser Malish Jeremiah was born on  December 2, 1988 in Torit, South Sudan, known by his stage name Silver X, is a South Sudanese singer.


Before finding residence in Juba in 2007, he released his first album named Binia Lotuko before he founded a musical group named New Sudan Superstars in 2008. 


In 2010 he launched his fourth debut studio album titled "Fattisu Shokul", which is translated, "searching for a job". The album is the most played song by Silver X because the song is concerned with the youths who are searching for jobs yet no one is willing to employ them though they are qualified and graduated.
