Nineteen '19' year old woman committed suicide in Lakes State, Rumbek East County

  The local police of Lakes State confirmed that a 19 year old woman committed suicide in the County of Rumbek East in the village of Meen-Wal and the police withheld the deceased name for unknown reason.  This is not the first time for the young girls to commit suicide in the State, the first case was reported to the authorities  two days ago after a young girl committed suicide in Wulu County.  While speaking to the Media, Police Spokesperson Maj. Elijah Mabor Makwach said that, the police are conducting thorough investigation on why there is a rampant rise of suicide amongst girls in Lakes State.  “We have recorded several cases of suicide with the most recent being a 19-year-old girl who committed a suicide in Meen-wal village in Rumbek East County and the investigation is still ongoing to identify the cause of the suicide because the cases are rising. Wele hitmaker Silver X has returned back to JUba after long stay with his wife in Australia. 


The artiste together with his wife have surprisingly landed today at Juba International Airport without the public’s notice. For whatever reason, he’s back to Juba and we wish him with his wife a safe stay.


Silver X has won many East African awards in Nairobi, Kenya as well as South Sudanese awards in Juba.


Okuta Ceaser Malish Jeremiah was born on  December 2, 1988 in Torit, South Sudan, known by his stage name Silver X, is a South Sudanese singer.


Before finding residence in Juba in 2007, he released his first album named Binia Lotuko before he founded a musical group named New Sudan Superstars in 2008. 


In 2010 he launched his fourth debut studio album titled "Fattisu Shokul", which is translated, "searching for a job". The album is the most played song by Silver X because the song is concerned with the youths who are searching for jobs yet no one is willing to employ them though they are qualified and graduated.
