South Sudan’s Caretaker Minister of Presidential Affairs, Africano Mande Gedima, has held talks with Ethiopia’s Ambassador to South Sudan, Delil Kedir Bushra, on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries. The meeting focused on diplomatic relations and cooperation, with the two officials also exchanging views on the current situation in South Sudan, Ethiopia and the wider region. Ambassador Delil Kedir said the discussions provided an opportunity to share perspectives on regional developments and matters of mutual interest. Man Killed A Relative and Injured Another Person In Western Lakes State

Western Lakes State police spokesperson confirmed that a man killed a relative accidentally and injured another person in the cattle camp.  
Mr. Elijah Mabor the State spoke person said that the alleged man mishandled his gun "One person died on the spot and another was seriously wounded in the incident and is receiving treatment in Rumbek state hospital, the cause of the incident was due to the mishandling of the gun."
Murderer is currently in the police custody says the State Spokesperson “Our organized forces immediately went to the remote cattle camp of Gumaach to hunt for the suspect until they managed to arrest him.” 
Currently investigation is currently underway and also the family of the deceased and the injured decision is being waited by the police.

South Sudan Primary Leaving Examination Top Performer

The top candidate in the 2018 primary leaving examinations has attributed her excellent performance to family and teachers. Meet Lou Buol Mayen who emerged as the top PLE pupil in the recent PLE exams scoring a total of 490 out of 500 marks. The girl who was learning at Marty’s Academy in Jonglei State did the impossible only missing 10 to score a hundred percent. Lou Buol Mayen is 16 years of age. When contacted by the eye radio she said that “It’s not a surprise because I worked hard in my exams, I read a lot and I knew that I would appear on top when results are released.” According to her statement she knew her ability. This can be scaled down to the efforts she placed to her studied and being friends to the book. This is a very encouraging results meaning that the girls have to emulate her as a role model and thrive to perform better.
