MP Stephen Lual Ngor Condemns Deportation of South Sudanese Women from Sudan, Calls for Urgent Family Reunification ‎

Stephen Lual Ngor  ‎JUBA, October 14, 2025 ‎ South Sudanese lawmaker Stephen Lual Ngor has strongly condemned the recent deportation of South Sudanese women from Sudan, describing the act as “inhumane and unacceptable.” ‎Read:  ‎President Kiir Swears In New Cabinet Members, Urges Unity and Service to Nation ‎ ‎ Lual, a member of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly’s Foreign Affairs Committee, said the forced expulsion of over 100 women from Khartoum and Omdurman leaving behind 61 of their children violates both humanitarian and international human rights norms. ‎ ‎“Law and humanity stand above all politics,” the MP stressed, urging the Sudanese authorities to protect South Sudanese nationals and allow a safe and dignified return for those who wish to come home. ‎ ‎He further appealed to the Government of South Sudan to reinforce its embassy in Khartoum with adequate consular support to assist stranded citizens and coordinate with Sudanese officials to reuni...

Man Killed A Relative and Injured Another Person In Western Lakes State


Western Lakes State police spokesperson confirmed that a man killed a relative accidentally and injured another person in the cattle camp.  
Mr. Elijah Mabor the State spoke person said that the alleged man mishandled his gun "One person died on the spot and another was seriously wounded in the incident and is receiving treatment in Rumbek state hospital, the cause of the incident was due to the mishandling of the gun."
Murderer is currently in the police custody says the State Spokesperson “Our organized forces immediately went to the remote cattle camp of Gumaach to hunt for the suspect until they managed to arrest him.” 
Currently investigation is currently underway and also the family of the deceased and the injured decision is being waited by the police.
