President Kiir, President Museveni and VP. The Speaker of Parliament Jemma Nunu Kumba on Monday delivered four Bills to President Kiir for final endorsement.


The bills that have been passed by the National Assembly include; National Archive and Record Management Bills 2023, National Public Health Institute 2023, me Convention on Cluster Management 2023.


The President is expected to assent the bills into law as required by the constitution.


A bill is a legislative proposal before Congress. Bills from each house are assigned a number in the order in which they are introduced, starting at the beginning of each Congress (first and second sessions).


A Bill is also a proposal for a new law, or a proposal to change an existing law that is presented for debate before Parliament.
