South Sudanese comedian Yigi Yigi has announced that he has been released from detention in Libya after spending several days in custody while attempting to continue his journey toward Europe. The citizens of Western Equatoria State under the leadership of Alfred Futuyo the governor of Western Equatoria State are living in great fear after the rumors that have been circulating for a very long time has been proven true.


Governor Futuyo of Western Equatoria State is a professional butcher who built his relationship with the Ambororo through his trade in cattle when he was a business man in Yambio market the capital of western Equatoria State. Futuyo joined the SPLM-IO rebel group when he had no business capital due to poor capital management. Analysts discovered that Futuyo while he was a business man had very good capital for his business but he couldn't manage his business well because he never attended any school the whole of his childhood until he grew up to an aggressive adult.


After signing the Revitalized peace agreement on the resolution of conflict in the Republic of South Sudan, despite Futuyo being illiterate, he was appointed as the governor of Western Equatoria State by the first vice president Riek Macher . According to the leadership of the SPLA-IO, any notorious illiterate person can hold any position as long as he/she is loyal to Riek Macher.


The SPLA-IO developed a mechanism through Alfred Futuyo to have ally with the Seleka rebels in the neighboring country of Central African Republic to create a base for themselves since their base in Fangak in the Upper Nile State was already dismantled. This truth has come to light after some youth from Central African Republic decided to fight them in their areas along the border of Central African Republic and South Sudan After Chasing the Seleka rebels away from the border town of Bambouti of CAR, governor Futuyo of Western Equatoria State became very disappointed because the Seleka have been his allies who help him in fighting the tribal war against the Azande in Tambura County. 


Governor Futuyo sent SPLA-IO force to base at Source Yubu Payam of South Sudan so as to reinforce his Seleka allies in Bambouti of CAR. The SPLA-IO force that was sent to the CAR border town of Bambouti were defeated and most of them defected from the SPLA-IO and joined the SSPDF force under Gen.James Naando.


The SPLA-IO force that defected to the SSPDF from Source Yubu was led by commander Abraham Gume. This defection is a very big blow to the SPLA-IO and mostly to the tribal governor Alfred Futuyo because he has lost a force that he relied on to support his Seleka allies in the neighboring country.


According to Abraham Gume, he defected from the SPLA-IO to the SSPDF with his force because he was commanded by governor Futuyo to fight a senseless war in a different country and as such, he realized that he was following a blind leader and a rebel group with no proper ideology.


The defection of Abraham Gume has angered the government of western Equatoria State and it moved the State Minister of Finance who is SPLM-IO instead of the Minister of Information to write a fake press release claiming that the defected SPLA-IO are rebels from CAR. This is very incorrect according to Abraham Gume as I spoke to him few minutes ago from undisclosed location. The life of Abraham Gume is now at stake as the governor's force is searching for him all across Western Equatoria State

‎Mam Pal Denies Funding Armed Youth (White Army) Activities as Special Court Hearing Continues in Juba

  Mam Pal Dhoul, one of the accused persons in the ongoing trial involving suspended First Vice President Riek Machar and seven others, appeared before the Special Court in Juba on Friday and denied accusations linking him to the financing of armed youth activities in Nasir County. ‎Speaking through a court interpreter, Mam Pal dismissed claims made by prosecutors and a digital forensic expert that he transferred $15,000 through an individual identified as Mohammed Sherif Ahmed in Dubai to support armed groups in Nasir. ‎ ‎According to his testimony, Mohammed Sherif Ahmed is a personal friend whom he visited in India on October 5, 2024, for business-related matters.
