President Kiir, Museveni Strengthen Bilateral Ties, Pledge Regional Stability

President Kiir, President Museveni and VP. The Ministry of Finance and Planning is a ministry of the Government of South Sudan. This ministry was first headed by Hon. David Deng Athorbei after the country gained her independence from Sudan in 2011.


Hon. Dier Tong Ngor is the incumbent Minister of Finance and Planning.
