Central Equatoria Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony has today appointed Flora Gabriel Modi as the Mayor of Juba - becoming the first woman to serve in the position since independence. 


CES Governor Adil, has also appointed Mogga Franco Wani as First Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance, Thiik Thiik Mayardit as Second Deputy Mayor for Social Service, and Emmanuel Juma Diyo as Third Deputy Mayor for Environment and Waste Management.

The governor of Central Equatoria State Hon. Emmanuel Adil Anthony also, suspended the the Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement Agency Hon. Moro Jenesio.
