Yigi Yigi Regains Freedom After Detention in Libya

South Sudanese comedian Yigi Yigi has announced that he has been released from detention in Libya after spending several days in custody while attempting to continue his journey toward Europe. South Sudan Soldier Kills Wife In Eastern Lakes State


South Sudan People Defense Force Soldier in Lakes State has murdered his wife in cold blood according to the witness and neighbors. Mr. 

Taban Abel the State Minister was quoted by Juba Wire as he was he speaking to Eye Radio. 

He said that “A soldier from SSDF [last] evening at around 7:30 PM had a quarrel with his wife. He immediately used his gun and shot the woman, killing her instantly.”

The neighbors said that the quarrel started first because the wife was unable to provide food for the hungry husband who came from work.  After the quarrel over food the quarrel escalated to the conjugal right when the wife also denied the husband leading to the husband shooting the wife point blank on the spot.

It was alleged that the husband who goes by the name Mr.  Gai Bol is also a heavy cannabis addict and also a drunkard this might have distorted his thinking ability resulting to the death of his wife since he was not of a sound mind.
