Police Officer Shot Dead, Gun Stolen While Guarding KCSE Exam Papers in Turkana ‎

Turkana County Police Commander, Samuel Ndanyi. ‎A police officer was shot dead in cold blood on Monday morning while guarding Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination papers in Turkana County.  ‎ The tragic incident occurred at Kang’atotha area, Turkana Central, where officers had been deployed to provide security during the ongoing national examinations. ‎ ‎According to police reports, the slain officer was part of a team assigned to escort and guard examination materials at a local school. Witnesses said the attack happened shortly after dawn when unknown assailants ambushed the officer. South Sudan Soldier Kills Wife In Eastern Lakes State

South Sudan People Defense Force Soldier in Lakes State has murdered his wife in cold blood according to the witness and neighbors. Mr. 

Taban Abel the State Minister was quoted by Juba Wire as he was he speaking to Eye Radio. 

He said that “A soldier from SSDF [last] evening at around 7:30 PM had a quarrel with his wife. He immediately used his gun and shot the woman, killing her instantly.”

The neighbors said that the quarrel started first because the wife was unable to provide food for the hungry husband who came from work.  After the quarrel over food the quarrel escalated to the conjugal right when the wife also denied the husband leading to the husband shooting the wife point blank on the spot.

It was alleged that the husband who goes by the name Mr.  Gai Bol is also a heavy cannabis addict and also a drunkard this might have distorted his thinking ability resulting to the death of his wife since he was not of a sound mind.
