Finance Ministry Orders All Civil Servants to Open Bank Accounts for Salary Payments ‎

South Sudan Lawyer: South Sudan Can Only Be A Great Nation With The Rule Of Law And Implementing The Rule Of Law


A South Sudan lawyer admits that South Sudan will only be considered a great nation if they implement the rule of law.  


Machar Manyiel through Good News Radio appeals to citizens of Rumbek and South Sudan at large to obey the rule of law to make the country capable to provide equal justice to all.
 
The lawyer known as Machar Manyiel is appealing to South Sudan Citizens to obey the rule of law give South Sudan Government a chance to provide justice in the new nation.  

Machar Manyiel also admits that South Sudan can truly achieve peace when the citizens finally realized the importance of the rule of law in the country.  

The lawyer also said that the citizens should combat corruption in the country and he urges the anti corruption commission must make some reforms to combat the vice. 


South Sudan is among the worst in the world in terms of corruption cases. The nation's elites have developed a kleptocratic system that controls every part of South Sudan since independence in the year 2011. 

South Sudan was ranked as 5th (fifth) on Transparency International list of the most corrupt nations.
