‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. Kenya's Special Enjoy To South Sudan Arrived To Push The Revitalized Peace Agreement

Kalonzo Musyoka Kenya's special envoy to South Sudan arrived in Juba to monitor and push for the implementation of the revitalized peace agreement.  
South Sudan Presidential spokesperson said that Kalonzo met with South Sudan President and other senior government officials to look into the progress of the peace agreement. 
President Salva Kiir Press office said that “the intention of his consultative meeting with the stakeholders and signatories to the revitalized peace agreement is to ensure that by the 12th of November 2019, all the arrangements will be in place for the formation of the transitional government of national unity.” 
Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka was appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya to facilitate the implementation of the peace agreement.

Russia to Open Embassy in Juba: A New Chapter in South Sudan–Russia Relations
