‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. South Sudan Joint Defence Force Receives Two (2) Million Dollars

The South Sudan Joint Defence Force received a total of two million dollars for the establishment of the revitalize peace agreement and for the implementation of the cantonment sites as the Chairman of the Joint Defence Force Lt. General  Gabriel Jok confirms it.  

The money was allocated in order to cater for various activities to be completed by the Joint defence force.  
 
General Juk also reiterated that the soldiers are expected to move to their respective cantonment sites by the end of this week.  

The deputy chairperson of the joint defence Lt. General James Koang Chol says that the money is to cater for the past activities which was neglected due to financial issues.  
 
He also added that the joint defence force received also over 10 vehicles to help curb the logistical process.
