‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. Former South Sudan Football Association Boss Arrested By Police Over Corruption

Mr.  Chabur Goc Alei the former South Sudan Football Association Chairman was today arrested by the South Sudan Police and will face charges of misappropriation of funds and making the Football Association assets as his own.  
The arrested was after FIFA released a report indicating that Mr.  Chabur embezzled over 2000,000 USD was meant to develop South Sudan football.  The arrest was made under the directive of South Sudan Football Association.  
The South Sudan Football Association said that the former boss refused to return some of the assets back and it triggered his arrest.  
It was also believed that the former chairman used to offer gifts as a form of bribery which is also a violation of the FIFA Code ethics.  
FIFA banned for former chairman from ever participating in any football related activities in and outside South Sudan for 10 years.
