‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. Over 1500 Flee Kidepo Valley County Due To Hunger


Over 1500 residents of Kidepo Valley County of Imatong State commonly known as Their State.  Most of the fleeing residents fled to Kenya and some to Kenya respectively. 
 
Peter Lokeng Lotone the Commissioner of Kidepo Valley County said that “The food security in Kidepo Valley is really alarming since 2018. People are suffering, people don’t harvest until today, the delay of the rain and other circumstances make the communities to flee out from the state to different Countries like Uganda and Kenya”.
 
He added that "In Kidepo Valley County, the security situation is calm since we had a meeting of UNMISS Civil Affairs Division and UNDP till today when they meet the seven Counties of Torit state and Kapoeta state and we manage to follow the resolutions made by the communities." 
 
He is urging the people of South Sudan to take agriculture seriously and calls the humanitarian agencies to support the people in South Sudan in relations to Agriculture, education and health.
