Kakuma Refugee Camp Students To Start A Bachelor's Course On March 2018




The students studying at Arrupe Center formally known as the UNISA (University of South Africa) has been awarded a Bachelors package from the University of Southern New Hamshire University which will be in two phases.

The first phase will be the associate bachelor’s phase which will take only 1 year or less it will be depending on your speed. Then the second phase will be the Bachelors degree now which will all results in two years accomplishment. This is so because the students have already completed a diploma in liberal arts




The Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts program is a collaborative effort by Jesuit Worldwide Learning and Southern New Hampshire University’s College for America Program to provide opportunities for further education to alumni of the JWL Regis University Diploma in Liberal Studies. The first 25 students from Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Malawi and 25 students from Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya will begin their studies towards an Associate of Arts in General Studies with a concentration in Business on April 1, 2018.
