President Kiir, President Museveni and VP. Opinion: The leadership instability within Jonglei State SPLM has brought negative contribution to the state peace and Progress

Dear beloved Fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters in this group and beyond.

This article serves as appropriate response to the false allegations labelled against state governor.

The new recruited team named as SPLM cadres.

Please follow me as I'm someone with details that lead to disunity, and major related administrative  misunderstanding within the state government.


Highlights,

it has gone to almost a week now since the new recruited social media group formed by *Deputy governor of Jonglei State her excellency Atong Kuol manyang Juuk,*

to disseminate unfounded information and advocate in the name of SPLM.

The above mentioned group stated clearly that, 

State deputy governor facing *humiliation,*

Claiming the state governor behind her *Opposition* 

The group also cited corruption by state governor and lack of transparency.

The team also talked about PIT in which deputy governor was working under the leadership of the former governor as minister for conservative four years without knowing *where were PIT.* 


The PIT came to live,

the Director Generals that were previously a concern came through bitting Proccess in which SPLM having 11-13 out of 17 ministries.

again the above mentioned members went ahead by blaming the state governor of not supporting SPLM Party and claim that party's near death.


These are indicators of limited knowledge of the Party.

There's no any Political Party be allocated or shares a state budget.

Party resources come from the members and others resources mobilisation mechanism.

The said SPLM members put it as also a concern.

Here we go, her excellency 

Deputy governor of Jonglei State known under Pressure of strong opposition group that sorrounded her administration and her allies.

Such a SPLM Opposition group with their widen network stick in mind of the deputy governor confused to the extend of assuming the group got funded by state governor.

 *Big no* 

On date 22th, June 2024 at freedom Square on his reception speeches, the governor stated clearly that the SPLM affairs would remain under full command of Atong Kuol manyang and SPLM IO under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Amer Ateny, the same to SSOA as well as OPP.

The governor of Jonglei State will run solely gubernatorial roles without any connections to Parties related Issues.

Her excellency Atong Kuol, feared the external threat and inherited into Jonglei State government.


To continue with that,

She's also look back to the formula that brought her as Deputy governor by fighting H.E Akech Dengdit till she was removed and within a few days made a came back to the government.

This  formula also today trying to Fight the governor and maybe swapping will happen and come as governor.

This emerged as subject in some tea places and social media that led to deputy governor to forget working in team is a core values of any leadership.


To make it worse,

There's group of the SPLM members who wanted to come in  to replace the incumbent cabinet and others officials, such a group Forged the loyalty more than those who are in.

Nothing to happen as such, those who are in also working harder to maintain their positions.

This is where Propaganda became a subject in the camp of deputy governor.

Each and everyone must bring a new information per day to confirm his/ her loyalty.

I wanted to make it clear to you that, we have no any problem concerning the government of Jonglei State under the leadership of Dr Mahjuob Biel Turuk Dak.

Let's go back to the Profile of those who make noise, to believe we have no any one the following groups;


 *Civil Society.* 

Civil Society are mandated to further good governance first, by Policy analysis and advocacy.

No any Civil Society organizations based in Bor or beyond came out clearly with administrative concern a part from incidents happening in some part of Jonglei State.

Civil Society are mandated to make monitoring of state Performance and to shape a government Program.


Dear all,

Citizens are allowed to Participate as our able governor Dr Mahjuob Biel Turuk Dak, opened a political space in Jonglei State in which healthy debates, I deas and Positive Criticism like questioning government action is allowed as he promised.

This excise can provide Opportunity to inform, influence and evaluate government activities.
