‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. Major General Stephen Buay Pleads His Innocence In The Military Court Today.




Major General Stephen Buay ordeal continues as he was again tried today in the Juba by the military court for treason and other lesser charges levelled against him. 
Here is the list of the other minor charges levelled against him by the state: Disobedience of direct order from the HQ office in Juba and also Violation of a standing orders from the HQ also. 
The General denied all this allegations citing that the charges against him are politically motivated.
The government spokesperson Major General Lul Ruai Kong Said that “The second session he called part B, covered the grudges he had with different political leaders from Mayom County… with military generals from Bul Nuer community.” 
The case has been adjourned up to Thursday.
