Nineteen '19' year old woman committed suicide in Lakes State, Rumbek East County

  The local police of Lakes State confirmed that a 19 year old woman committed suicide in the County of Rumbek East in the village of Meen-Wal and the police withheld the deceased name for unknown reason.  This is not the first time for the young girls to commit suicide in the State, the first case was reported to the authorities  two days ago after a young girl committed suicide in Wulu County.  While speaking to the Media, Police Spokesperson Maj. Elijah Mabor Makwach said that, the police are conducting thorough investigation on why there is a rampant rise of suicide amongst girls in Lakes State.  “We have recorded several cases of suicide with the most recent being a 19-year-old girl who committed a suicide in Meen-wal village in Rumbek East County and the investigation is still ongoing to identify the cause of the suicide because the cases are rising. South Sudan National Members Of Parliament Threaten To Impeach Finance Minister If 6 Months Salaries Arrears Not Cleared

South Sudan National Members of parliament (MPs) issued a serious threat to impeach the Finance Minister over outstanding salary arrears.  
The threat came after MPs refused to listen to the budget of 2019/2020 fiscal year resulting into a total chaos in the parliament.
The MPs wanted to know why civil servants have not been paid their six months salary arrears.  
Just last Friday the Finance Minister promise to clear the outstanding arrears within two weeks 
One of the MPsvsaid that “Honorable minister of finance went to the media and informed the public that he was going to pay two months salaries within two weeks. Failure to do so, you will face the consequences.” 
Another female member of parliament also added that “If he cannot fulfill the promise by the second reading, we will impeach him.”

SPLM-IO: Lack Of Food And Essential Items May Delay Assembly Of -IO Forces At Cantonment Sites

The Deputy Spokesperson of the SPLA-IO says a lack of food and essential items may delay the assembly of opposition forces at cantonment sites beyond the July 31st deadline.  Colonel Lam Paul Gabriel says the SPLA-IO has been working to meet tomorrow’s deadline but are finding it increasingly difficult without the basic services.  The Joint Transitional Security Committee instructed government and opposition forces to assemble at their barracks and cantonment sites by July 31st. Col Gabriel says the process will be fast-tracked when expected consignments of food are delivered in the coming days.  More to follow shortly....

SSPDF planning a Major Offensive In Bentiu Against the -IO

This statement was released by Col. Philip Jima. He said that the so-called #SSPDF division 4 in Rubkona county Pakur area, sent a SSPDF troops to the #SPLA_IO Cantonment site in Pakur under the Cammanship of #Cde_Lok_Tang_Reat proclaimed that the entire territory belong to the SSPDF. According to the SPLA-IO Cantonment site area operation Commander, Cde Lok Tang Reat says, the unagreed sharing of the military cantonment area making by the SSPDF, is totally and incompetent and  seem to be the violations of cessation of the hostilities and will wage the heavy breathing at the Khartoum Peace Agreement (#KPA) if without a watchful eye from the Peace mediators.
