South Sudan President Worried About The Recruitment Of New Soldiers By The Opposition Forces.

Opposition holdout groups currently recruiting new soldiers in South Sudan has been warned by President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit said that the move by the opposition forces is a violation of the revitalized peace agreement in the country.
President Kiir said those words during his tour of the Greater Bahr Al Ghazal region specifically in the town of Wau.
He said that "the opposition groups are trying to recruit soldiers to increase the number of their forces and take control of new territories. These two things violate the agreement."
He further added that “Don’t accept the recruitment exercise. The opposition should understand that the recruitment of forces and occupation of new areas violate the peace agreement and could take people back to war.”
In his speech the president also asked for forgiveness and reconciliation “I want you to forget what happened in the past and live in peaceful coexistence. Nobody should take law into his or her hands to go and revenge, it is not time for revenge, it is time for peace and forgiveness,”
More to follow shortly. . .
