Breaking News:Meeting of IGAD ministers decides to release Riek Machar.

A meeting of IGAD ministers in Ethiopia has decided to release Riek Machar from house arrest in South Africa as soon as possible.

The communique said that Riek will be released on a condition that he renounces violence. He shall be allowed to relocate to any country he wants outside the region and not neighbouring South Sudan.
