‎Health, Relief, and National Security Shake Up Signals New Political Realignment ‎ ‎President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a wave of presidential decrees, reshuffling leadership in three of South Sudan’s most sensitive institutions: the Ministry of Health, the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), and the National Security Service (NSS). ‎ ‎The decrees, announced on State-run South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC) on Wednesday evening, have already ignited heated political debate. High expectations lead to the collapse of the recent peace talk


Torit State Speaker Mr. Odwar Admits today that due to high expectations in the recent revitalization forum has led to the collapse of the peace talk in Addis Ababa Ethiopia has he tells the citizens of South Sudan.

He further reiterated that most of the parties were concentrating on their political interests instead of focusing on the real cause of conflicts in the country.
He also points out that the high demand of President Salva Kiir to step down from leadership will not bring about lasting solution to South Sudan’s conflicts but calls for unity among us South Sudanese. 

The Speaker urges the South Sudanese to have hope in the peace process because it is the only way peace might be achieved in South Sudan.
Mr.Odwar said that some conditions that led to the failure of the second phase of the high level revitalization forum include reducing members of parliament and ministers, dissolving SPLM parties among others.
