Police Officer Shot Dead, Gun Stolen While Guarding KCSE Exam Papers in Turkana ‎

Turkana County Police Commander, Samuel Ndanyi. ‎A police officer was shot dead in cold blood on Monday morning while guarding Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination papers in Turkana County.  ‎ The tragic incident occurred at Kang’atotha area, Turkana Central, where officers had been deployed to provide security during the ongoing national examinations. ‎ ‎According to police reports, the slain officer was part of a team assigned to escort and guard examination materials at a local school. Witnesses said the attack happened shortly after dawn when unknown assailants ambushed the officer. The Reasons Behind South Sudan Opposition Alliance Turmoil (SSOA)


South Sudan Opposition Alliance (SSOA) struggle is associated with the vacant Vice President post that was announced by the president according to Gabriel Changson one of the prominent figures in the (SSOA).

In an interview with Voice Of America  he said that the group members are accusing him of betrayal since he met with South Sudan first Vice President Taban Deng Gai in Washington United States Of America.

Changson and Peter Gatdet is fighting for the leadership position and he has rejected Peter Gatdet leadship claim of SSOA. He defended his point by saying that since Gatdet is under UN sanction so that will not make him to lead the SSOA.

According to the signed  peace agreement on September 2018. The presidency shall comprise of the first vice president and four vice-president which means SSOA has to present someone who will be ready to take the vacant vice-president post
